Our bagels can be stored in an airtight bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. For our Binettes, we recommend keeping them in the fridge.
Can I freeze bagels and BINETTES?
Yes, the trick is to slice the bagels, then put them in a sealed bag. For our Binettes, you can put them directly into a sealed bag and pop them in the freezer.
How long can I keep your pickles in the fridge?
As they are not airtight sealed, we recommend that you consume our pickles within 14 days of opening the jar.
How long can I keep your homemade cream cheese in the fridge?
Our homemade cream cheese preparations contain no additives. They should be consumed before the date indicated on the packaging.
